Performance

Double scraping edge and infinite working positions

The rotation of the central sector together with the wide rotation of the side wings allows the operator to move the snow plough in indefinite number of working positions.

In addition, effective snow removal is always possible thanks to the double scraper blade. Neoprene is perfect for more delicate pavements (such as porphyry) and for dealing with fresh and melting snow. Should it be necessary, it is also possible to work with steel scraper blade for removing frozen snow.

Side impact safety devices

To protect the snow plough from severe damage caused by side impacts, there is a hydraulic relief valve connected to nitrogen accumulators.

In the event of minor collisions, the wing will be immediately returned to its working position. The relief valve acts after a severe collision, draining the oil and fully retracting the struck wing.

Wide rotation of all elements

The snow plough is composed of three interconnected elements. Each element has a large radius of rotation that allows it to deal with any situation that arises by taking any required working position. The central element has a rotation of ±30°, while the side wings can rotate positively by 70° and negatively by 60°.

Strong snow plough, excellent snow evacuation

The structure is made of high-strength steel, and the shield is composed of a recyclable high-density polyethylene panel. The combination of these two elements ensures that the snow plough is strong and long-lasting. The profile of the shield is open so that large amounts of snow can be collected and pushed. The slipperiness that characterizes polyethylene allows large amounts of snow to be quickly transported and ejected.

New painting process

Bucher Municipal offers a new process of painting for winter road maintenance products. The big innovation is the application of a catalyzed liquid epoxy primer with a high zinc content. Compared to classic painting methods, the liquid primer provides greater protection to the finished product due to its elastic properties and ability to reach even the most difficult to treat spots.

Full snow removal

Bi-shore neoprene scraping edge with a negative angle of attack, made in one section, ideal for all types of snow and especially fresh and thawed snow. Essential on cobblestones or block paving. As well as removing all the snow, it guarantees minimum noise levels and maximum operator comfort. In the event of impact with fixed obstacles, the elasticity of the neoprene blade allows it to deform, making it easy to overcome obstacles and allowing it to return immediately to its working position.

Ready for any kind of snow

Despite wings with wide rotation, it is possible to have the double scraper blade made of wear-resistant 400 HBW steel. It is operated by hydraulic circuit directly from the cab of the vehicle and works with positive angle of attack. This scraper blade could be useful when the snow is frozen and compacted.
