Requirements profile:

• highest education;
• highly proficient in spoken and written English;
• accuracy, excellent communication skills;
• ability to plan work both individually and in team;
• proficient in Microsoft Office;
• prior knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be considered as an advantage.

You will be responsible for:

• checking and archive of order confirmations;
• determine and check customs tariff numbers for spare parts and enter them in the system;
• obtaining offers from various suppliers;
• procurement of spare parts and components;
• deputy of spare parts sales price calculation;
• organize pickups of spare parts from the supplier.
