The spreaders of the Tracon R series have a container volume including an attachment of 0.20 m³ dry salt. This accounts for 0.14 m³ on the basic container and 0.06 m³ liter on the obligatory attachment. The container opening was held slightly wider than the rest of the spreader to simplify loading. The litter material used is commercial salt, sand or grit. Thanks to roll technology, the spreading width is exactly 1 meter. The spreader is therefore ideally suited for spreading on sidewalks.

Demounting system

The spreader is from the factory with a standard shelf device that can hold the weight of the empty spreader. The welded feets have a base plate at the end and are not adjustable in height.

An easy loading of the spreader is possible thanks to large container opening.

Spreading rate adjustment

The spreading rate adjustment is conveniently controlled by a side-mounted dosing lever with raster circuit. With this lever, the spreading rate can be adapted exactly to the current requirements and the used material.

Spring base function

The spring base presses the rubber bottom to the conveyor roller. By varying pressure on the spring base, the spreading rate regulation is ensured.

Discharge system

The conveyor roller moves the material for discharge from the container. The different application rates are realized by a spring-pressed rubber base with a corresponding contact pressure, or by the speed of the conveyor roller.

Roller breaker

The spreaders of the Tracon R series have an additional roller breaker in the standard equipment in addition to the conveyor roller, which feeds the material continuously to the conveyor roller.

Equipment safety cover

The safety cover has a light construction and is made of highly resistant GFK material.

Three point attachment

The spreaders of the Tracon R series are suitable for all tractors equipped with a standardized three-point attachment option. The two lower mounting bolts have a diameter of 22 mm and are thus ideally suited for category 1 tractors.

Hydraulic power supply

If the spreader can not be driven by the vehicle's hydraulics of the carrier vehicle, its own hydraulic supply is required. This consists a PTO pump (optional 1 3/8 "or 1 3/4"), a gear and a hydraulic pump.

Special paintwork

The spreaders of the Tracon R series are painted in a three-step painting process. In the pretreatment the container gets degreased with hot water at a high pressure method (100 bar water pressure) and sanded afterwards. Subsequently, the primer is carried out in a high pressure spraying with an epoxy resin-base metal. After curing, the surface will be sanded again before the original painting gets applied in a high-pressure process. In the basic set-up is a high-solids polyurethane paint in the shade RAL 2011.
